Get in shape the fun, low-impact way . . .

Learn to Belly Dance

Belly Dancing is a low-impact aerobic exercise that helps improve body posture, increase body awareness, flexibility, strength, and overall well-being. From children to seniors, it's a fun way to work out!

All classes concentrate on basic moves, muscle control and coordination, posture and basic steps. Students are encouraged to wear comfortable work-out or dance clothes. Socks or dance shoes are recommended.

We understand that everyone has different reasons for learning this ancient art form. So whether you're just looking for a good workout, or hope to perform in public someday, we're ready to help you accomplish your goals!
